Safe Use Guidelines

Acidic substances can react with copper and may damage the bottle's protective surface.

Recommended Morning Ritual

  1. 1.Fill the bottle with fresh drinking water before bed.
  2. 2.Leave water in the bottle overnight (6–8 hours).
  3. 3.Drink the water in the morning upon waking.
  4. 4.Refill throughout the day as desired.

This traditional practice is commonly known as storing water in a copper vessel overnight.

Cleaning Instructions

Daily cleaning

  1. 1.Empty bottle completely.
  2. 2.Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  3. 3.Allow bottle to air dry with lid removed.

Weekly deep cleaning — Lemon & Salt

  1. 1.Cut a lemon in half.
  2. 2.Sprinkle a small amount of salt onto the lemon.
  3. 3.Gently rub the exterior copper surface.
  4. 4.Rinse thoroughly.
  5. 5.Dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Weekly deep cleaning — Lemon Water Solution

  1. 1.Mix warm water with a small amount of lemon juice.
  2. 2.Pour into bottle.
  3. 3.Shake gently.
  4. 4.Leave for a few minutes.
  5. 5.Rinse thoroughly several times.
  6. 6.Dry completely.

Do not leave acidic cleaning solutions inside the bottle for extended periods. You may also use white vinegar diluted with water, or copper-safe cleaning products. Always rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

What Is Normal?

Copper naturally changes over time. You may notice:

  • Darkening
  • Colour variations
  • Small spots
  • Natural patina development

These are normal characteristics of genuine copper and do not affect functionality. Many customers value this natural ageing process.

Avoiding Health Risks

Never

  • Drink from a damaged bottle
  • Store acidic liquids for prolonged periods
  • Use abrasive chemicals
  • Use bleach
  • Use industrial cleaning products
  • Use metal scourers or wire brushes

If you notice

  • Excessive corrosion
  • Unusual taste
  • Damage to the interior lining (if applicable)
  • Cracks or defects

Discontinue use and contact customer support.
